Concrete reclaiming systems enable unused concrete to be separated into its original aggregates and gray water. The separated aggregates are reusable for future mixes, and even the gray water can be reclaimed or separated. FESCO Direct offers several concrete reclamation and recycling systems from BFK Technologies, a leader in the concrete recycling industry. These systems range from the compact Model M6 for small operations to the Model B Snubnose sized for large ready mix plants running 20 to 50 trucks (or more.) A custom designed settling pond comes with each reclaimer. We can also design slurry separation systems with small footprints with the use of flocculant.
Capable of reclaiming 2-3 yd./hr. (2.7m/hr.), the M6 is an affordably priced system ideal for concrete businesses that don’t need a large reclaimer.
The Model X1 Six Shooter is ideal for plants that generate up to 30 yd./hr. (27.4m/hr.) of waste concrete.
The model B Snubnose Reclaimer is a workhorse capable of reclaiming up to 1 yd./min (.9 m/min) or 60 yd./hr. (54.8m/hr.). The Snubnose reclaims at twice the rate of most competitive models, allowing your trucks to wash out and get back under the plant as quickly as possible. The combination of speed, simplicity and compact size makes this an excellent choice for Ready-Mix plants.
Designed for larger concrete operations, the Model B Squared Side by Side Snubnose Reclaimer offers double the output rates of the Model B Snubnose.
