The plate then turns clockwise over the two adjustable knives. Within a couple of minutes the slicing thickness can be adjusted. The capacity is 2.000 pieces per hour.

This very clever heavy duty and stainless steel machine is able to produce spirals out of different kind of vegetables with minimum labour. It can be used for butternut squash, courgette, carrot, beetroot and many more. We have machines able to handle products with a diameter of 80- 150 mm. The G-1500 is a universal vegetable cutting machine for medium capacities which is often used in vegetable cutting companies, commercial kitchens, salad factories etc. Due to the large range of cutting tools, the machine is particularly suitable for cutting leafy vegetables and a wide variety of other vegetables, such as cabbages, leeks, carrots, beans, peppers, etc. The simple and hygienic construction, such as quickly detachable belts, makes the machine easy to clean and to disinfect. The SLICE-30 is manufactured with a horizontal upper holding belt to ensure the product is held firmly as its presented to the blade, for the best cut quality. This well-built machine meets food processing industry safety and hygiene requirements. Due its wide cutting range and high capacity output the SLICE-30 can be used either as a standalone machine or integrated in to a complete production line with a preparation table in front of the slicer and a flume washing system with in-line drying afterwards. With the special developed cross-cut knife for leafy vegetables, such as lettuces, it is possible to make quadrants e.g. 30 x 30mm or 60 x 60mm or strips to a set length. Cutting range from 1-60mm. This cabbage slicing machine is designed in Stainless Steel, with an open hygienic construction for easy cleaning and maintenance. It is very easy to operate and can be filled either manually or automatically. The cutting size is approximately 2-3 mm and has interchangeable cross cut assemblies. The capacity is up to approximately 1-4 t / hour.

Eillert KB-A-N+KS

The first stage in processing white and red cabbage is cutting out of the core. To simplify this difficult process Eillert has developed a special cabbage coring

machine.
The KB-A-N cabbage coring machine is equipped with a pneumatically operated lifting system. After manually inserting the cabbage head, the system is started with a so-called “two-handed operation”. The cabbage is lifted to a special rotating spiral drill which starts, drills the cabbage and then stops (safety). The lift system then goes down, after which the drilled cabbage is automatically ejected for instance into the cabbage slicing machine. The drill depth is adjustable. Capacity of coring approximately 360 heads / hour

Eillert Cabro SL Decoring 

The CABRO SL automatically de-cores iceberg lettuce, cabbages and leafy vegetables. Broccoli and Cauliflower can be cut into floret’s. The vegetables are placed on the feeding belt with the core up. By using laser technology, the vegetables are aligned with precision after which they are de-cored. An additional cutting unit, positioned behind the de-coring head, cuts the product in 2, 4 or 8 pieces depending on the blade type (for cabbages max. 4 segments).
The machine is made entirely of stainless steel (304) and food grade polymers/parts. The cutting heads are easily interchangeable. This process takes approximately 1 minute. Capacity is up to 45 pieces per minute when de-coring only and up to 40 pieces per minute when also dividing. (with hard products like cabbages the capacity is half of the capacities mentioned above).

Finis Optical Potato Quartering or Halving Machine

To be able to automate the quartering of halving of peeled potatoes as much as possible, Finis has introduced their cutting system that uses vision technology to determine the position of the potato and therefore can make a perfect cut. This fully automatic machine is creating a higher efficiency in this type of potato processing.

The Four Armed Bandit

This machine cuts potatoes in two or four equal parts. It is the most accurate machine in the market.

With the use of an infeed belt, potatoes are fed into a bunker and positioned one by one onto special designed holders. Once the potatoes have carefully been positioned, Four Arms will gently center the potatoes on its holders and guide the products through the halving or quartering knives. The machine can be changed from halving to quartering and back within 1 minute. The good dipping results account for optimal washing and mixing. Therefore, the washing machines are multifunctional as mixer (lettuce mix, stir fry vegetables, soup vegetables, raw vegetables etc.) and for example, whole tomatoes can be washed as well. This concept is suitable for both heavier vegetables as well as for fragile lettuce varieties, whole leaves (Lollo Bionda / Rosso, baby leaf, corn salad etc.) and leafy herbs (Rucola etc.). There is a choice between a belt outfeed, type GWB, or vibration sieve outfeed, type GWT. Capacity up to approximately 1500 kg / hour.

This Eillert double screw washing system can be configured with an outfeed vibration sieve or when washing also more delicate products, with an outfeed belt system. Apart from the separation of dirt (like for instance sand, stones, insects and foreign bodies) during the washing process, there are also techniques available to reduce or stabilize germ counts and pesticides. An effective way of washing optimizes the freshness of the product and guarantees a longer shelf life. The washing machines can optionally be completed with the water saving Water Management System (WMS). Capacity from 1.250kg – 2.000kg.

DRYING

Eillert ABM

For a continuous and equally filling of baskets, Eillert has designed an automatic basket mill (ABM) which in most cases will be placed behind a vegetable washer.
An equally and correct filling of baskets ensures a more balanced drying during the dry spinning process. This results in a constant final humidity level of your vegetables after spin drying. An adjustable photocell measures the filling grade of the basket and once the set point is reached, the basket holder will index to its next position automatically. Above and in between the baskets a plate is mounted to catch falling product during indexing. This product is moved via a set of scrapers into the next basket whilst turning to the next position. Waste will be reduced to a minimum.

Eillert ASD-800 Centrifuge

The ASD-800 is an automatic (leafy) vegetable centrifuge with an integrated infeed and outfeed belt. Due to its modular construction, it can be placed in various positions within a production line. The spin-drying process (filling grade, -time and speed curve) can be stored in preset programs for each individual product. An air knife cleans the drum after each batch and the centrifuge is equipped with a self-cleaning system (cleaning in place) during product change or at the end of production. Capacity up to 1.600 kg/hour.

Eillert MSD-500

The series of manually operated (leafy) vegetable centrifuges starts with the MSD-500-S. This centrifuge has a fixed speed of 800 r.p.m. and an easy adjustable spinning time.

The MSD-500-V is a completely programmable version. By programming spinning speed, time, rotation and slow-start the machine is suitable for vegetables of all sorts and qualities. 20 pre-settings, directly entered via the robust stainless steel push buttons and readable in the clear display, can easily be set. The left/right rotating cycle, combined with the slow-start function, ensures optimal spinning for whole leaves, delicate products or large cutting sizes.

The type MSD-500- V-HD is a reinforced “heavy duty” version suitable for heavy products such as sliced onions, sliced/diced vegetables, carrots & peppers

The ASD-800 is an automatic (leafy) vegetable centrifuge with an integrated infeed and outfeed belt. Due to its modular construction, it can be placed in various positions within a production line. The spin-drying process (filling grade, -time and speed curve) can be stored in preset programs for each individual product. An air knife cleans the drum after each batch and the centrifuge is equipped with a self-cleaning system (cleaning in place) during product change or at the end of production. Capacity up to 1.600 kg/hour.

The series of manually operated (leafy) vegetable centrifuges starts with the MSD-500-S. This centrifuge has a fixed speed of 800 r.p.m. and an easy adjustable spinning time.

The MSD-500-V is a completely programmable version. By programming spinning speed, time, rotation and slow-start the machine is suitable for vegetables of all sorts and qualities. 20 pre-settings, directly entered via the robust stainless steel push buttons and readable in the clear display, can easily be set. The left/right rotating cycle, combined with the slow-start function, ensures optimal spinning for whole leaves, delicate products or large cutting sizes.

The type MSD-500- V-HD is a reinforced “heavy duty” version suitable for heavy products such as sliced onions, sliced/diced vegetables, carrots & peppers
