We offer service contracts on a monthly, bimonthly and quarterly basis. A preventive maintenance program helps to keep your equipment in top condition, decrease downtime, and prevent major equipment failures.

You can complete our online Parts Request Form if you know what replacement part you need to order. We will contact the manufacturer and place the order for you, which can be shipped to us or directly to your home. Delivery times vary, and expect delays due to COVID-19.

Before opening Fitness Machine Technicians in Portland, I had 9 years of experience as a jet engine mechanic in the Air Force National Guard, and a career as mental health therapist. I value quality repairs, trust, and excellent communication. I look forward to meeting you and keeping your fitness machines running.

We purchased a NordicTrack treadmill from Dick’s, and rather than wait for it to be delivered and set up by one of their service providers (-which can take over 2 weeks-), we picked up the treadmill in our pick-up truck and had your fantastic specialist, Robert, put it together. I feel extremely lucky to have had your well mannered, kind, & competent representative in our home to set it up. I had zero worries as I would have with a young summertime employee who doesn’t do this year round. Robert, is both experienced and knowledgeable. (I felt like he should be teaching classes at MIT!) Robert arrived on time and got my machine up and running. This was a warranty repair and took a company that could work with the parent company, and that’s just what Jesse did.
