unigrind KVS
Portable grinding machine for working of valves with tapered seats:
- Globe valves
- Control valves
Working range: DN 8 – 300 mm ( ¼“ – 12“)
Standard angles are: 30°, 40°, 60°, 75°, 90° (other angles on request)
The complete unigrind grinding system for working on conical sealing surfaces in globe valves and control valves is suitable for both portable application and in-shop. Robust, low-maintenance, inexpensive and easy to handling.
The grinding tools for the corresponding angles and nominal width can also be combined according to the customer`s individual wishes. The machine`s working range can be extended with additional tools at any time.
unigrind KVS-LENS
Portable grinding machine with special grinding tools for working on tapered sealing surfaces on pipes and flanges for metallic lens sealing rings on high pressure pipes, flanges and valves.
Working range: DN 8 – 300 mm (¼“ – 12“)
- Sealing surface angle 140°
- Grinding tools according to DIN and other manufacturer standards
- Special tools for TechLok and GrayLoc
unigrind SVS 1
Portable grinding and lapping machine for working on sealing surfaces of safety (relief) valves and disks
Working range: DN 10 – 400 mm (3/8" - 16")
- Crosshatched grinding/lapping to achieve absolute seat flatness
Eccentricity adjustable 0 – 3 mm (0 - 1/8”) - Accurate adjustable grinding time
- Easy and safe operation
For grinding/lapping big valves and butt-welded valves the machine is mounted with 3-jaw chuck on the valve-housing. Small valves and globes are done on the machine stand.
unigrind SLIM
Portable grinding and lapping machine for working on sealing surfaces of:
- Gate valves
- Swing check valves
- Gate valve wedges and disks
- Valve flanges
Working range: DN 15 – 1600 mm (3/4" - 64")
unigrind’s perfect grinding systems for working on sealing surfaces of gate valves and swing check valves, valve flanges and gate valve wedges. Suitable for use both on-site and in-shop.
As an option unigrind’s gate valve grinding machines can be equipped with a swing check valve adapter-set as well as a portable grinding table for gate valve wedges.
The type SLIM 300 and SLIM 600 are also supplied in combined versions for gate valves and globe valves with flat sealing seat.
unigrind SHS 600
Portable high-speed gate valve grinding machine for working on
sealing surfaces of:
- Gate valves
- Swing check valves
- Gate valve wedges and disks
Working range: DN 125 – 800 mm (5" - 32")
SHS 600 is the problem solving for grinding of heavily damaged, hardened and scaled sealing surfaces with simultaneous great time saving. With cutting speed 6-8 times above standard the SHS 600 achieves absolutely flat surfaces with high reduced grinding time.
unigrind Planet grinding disks
For grinding/lapping of sealing surfaces in gate, globe, check valves and gate valves wedges.
With adapter and appropriate tilt tables the planet grinding discs are an ideal completion for the stationary working on sealing surfaces for valves on drilling press and radial drill machine.
Working range:
Planet grinding disks DN 65-1600 mm (2 ½” - 64”)
The grinding heads of the planet grinding disks are infinitely adjustable according to the required working diameter.
Solid flat grinding disks DN 10-400 mm (3/8” – 16”)
