The entire operation including discharge is fully automatic. Bottom entry main mixing impeller imparts high shear forces to the mass, ensuring intense blends in extremely short process times. Flat bottom profile, minimizes cavitations and dead zones. Flush discharge ensures maximum pass out of process material aiding the process without manual interventions. Suitable end point controls through. Torque/ Load on drive or special probes ease operation and achieve greater cGmp compliance.

• All moving parts of the machine are totally enclosed to eliminate accident.
• The machine cannot be started unless and until the mixer cover is properly closed.
• All contact parts are made out of SS304. SS316 provided on demand on extra cost.
• Flush wall type discharge valve eliminates pockets at the port of discharge valve.
